We manufacture from a metric 2 to a 70, to 1 and several ends. We have been manufacturing acrylic yarn for 30 years, using dralon® X 250 material, ideal for outdoor fabrics.

Generalities of the polymer: Kanecaron fibers, depending on their type, have differential characteristics in terms of the oxygen limit (LOI. Percentage of oxygen required to achieve combustion), highlighting the fact that it is a fiber that does not melt but instead carbonizes, a factor that produces a rigid surface that, after combustion, continues to provide protection. The difficult flammability is permanent, without deterioration due to the washing of the garment. This characteristic is obtained directly by the modification of the polymer during the fiber extrusion process and it is not possible to alter it during the production of spinning, weaving or finishing, as well as by the care and maintenance operations to which the garments are subsequently subjected. Polyester is a category of polymers that contains the ester functional group in its main chain. The term polyester generally refers to synthetic (plastic) polyesters, which include polycarbonate and especially polyethylene terephthalate.
The polyester is synthetically formed with ethylene glycol plus terephthalic acid, producing the polymer or polytericoletane. As a result of the polymerization process, the fiber is obtained, which is the basis for the preparation of the threads for sewing and for the manufacture of fabrics.
